Booking, Modification, Cancellation and Payment Policy
Bookings can be made through our LaBa mobile app or by calling +91 7686 800 800.
To confirm online cab bookings, the customer is required to pay an advance amount.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your booking with us at any time before your scheduled date and pickup time. This can be done by logging in using your registered credentials or by calling us at any time on our 24x7 customer care helpline +91 7686 800 800.
In case of vehicle accident/breakdown, the company will provide an alternative vehicle or refund the advance deposit in case of cancellation of the booking.
Cancellation charges apply to refunds,
LaBa does not take any kind of guarantee when booking cabs and is not liable for any kind of material or non-material loss caused by the use of LaBa.
In case of no-show by the customer or failure to give notice of change of booking time/date, the booking advance amount will be forfeited in full.
If the customer advance is less than Rs. 500, the company reserves the right to demand more money to cover the losses due to no-show or cancellation.
In case the driver does not show up for a scheduled departure, the company will immediately provide a similar car, and if a replacement vehicle cannot be found, a full refund of the advance amount will be given.
For booking modifications, the following rules will apply
Remaining payments after payment of the advance or at the completion of the trip.
After the advance amount is paid, the balance amount for the trip will always be paid to the driver.
All modification requests should be made via phone call to +91 7686 800 800 or email to support@labacabs.com. We will respond via email, call or SMS.
All payments made to the driver are subject to adjustment against the final bill.
For any clarifications regarding billing or other matters before/during/at the time of the trip, please call LaBa Cabs on +91 7686 800 800.
In case the final amount is less than the advance booking deposit (if any), LaBa Cabs will refund the excess amount to the customer after confirming with the driver/operator.
This refund will be issued within 5-7 working days after the trip is completed.
Refunds
Once the refund is approved or processed, it will take 5-7 working days for the refund amount to be credited to the customer's original payment method,
Payments are always made through the original payment source for booking the cab.
Refund requests made via Whatsapp and SMS will not be entertained.

Advance refund is not available for all booking formats
LaBa Cabs will not be responsible for any cancellation or delay in service in case of any natural calamity, agitation or strike, traffic jam or road blockage etc.
LaBa Cabs reserves the right to cancel or change the booking of the vehicle at any time. No modifications/amendments are allowed in the booking. In case of cancellation of a cab trip, we do not commit to any specific fuel type of vehicle like petrol, diesel or CNG.
The cab will be provided based on availability.
In case of a no-show on your part, i.e. you are not at the pickup location and/or your designated driver is unable to contact you on your registered phone number on the scheduled pickup date and time, the driver will have to wait for a reasonable period of up to half an hour from the scheduled booking time, after which the booking may be considered cancelled without refund.
Travel Rules & Driver and Vehicle Details
The exact details of the driver and vehicle will be shared with you
at least 1 hour before the trip.
All drivers are trusted and vetted by our team.
Any complaints regarding the driver
must be reported to LaBa within 2 days of the trip date.
The driver must wait for 60 minutes. Advance will not be refunded after the booking is cancelled.
Tolls, parking, state taxes and charges are to be paid by the customer directly to the driver.
Fares include driver allowances and fuel charges only.
Any entrance / parking fees (if applicable)
must be paid by the passenger directly to the driver for all airport pickups and drops.
Waiting charges up to 5 minutes are not applicable, however
it is recommended that the passenger arrive at the boarding gate
5 minutes before the start time.
Kilometers are calculated from Pickup location to Drop Location. (Different minimum kilometers are added for each service)
Call Taxi bookings require additional waiting, if there are additional kilometers, please pay directly to the driver.
Waiting charges will be applicable after the cab reaches the boarding point.
The first 5 minutes are free, the waiting charge is Rs. 2 per minute for Sedan cabs and Rs. 3.4 per minute for SUV cabs. This amount is to be paid directly to the driver at the end of the trip.
In case of partial payment, the remaining amount of the trip is to be paid in advance
Receipts for any toll tax, state tax, night charges or additional kilometers are to be collected directly from the driver at the time of pick-up
LaBa Cabs is not liable to issue invoices for such amounts.
Pick & Drop / Route
For one-way bookings,
Pickup will be done from the scheduled pick-up address only, one drop is included
Multiple pickups / drops are not allowed.
Extra pick or drop will be charged extra.
Pets and animals are not allowed on the journey.
AC will be switched off during uphill and hilly areas.
In case of exceeding the mileage limit as defined at the time of booking,
INR [33/Km Sedan] [36/km SUV Car] [40/km SUV Premium] will be charged
This is to be paid directly to the driver.
You are requested to ensure zero on the odometer before starting the journey.
The car should not be used for local use (in the city) after completing the one-way duty.
